Yes, the graphics aren't mindblowing, but they're good enough, I say.
If they emphasize good framerate with zero tearing over pin sharp textures as in Vanquish I am happy with that. In fact it's highly likely it will use the same engine as they developed it for both platforms after the shitty Bayonetta PS3 port debacle.
