These should just be released as super cheap XBLA games, not stuck on a disc.
But i belive that that is ingame shotts yes =), how old are you?
Couse i am 28 and when i started to play games when i was young that was the GFX that all the games had hahaha.
Its realy funny to see those pictures now, couse i can realy agree with you man :)
They look horrible :D
if they took some time to re-draw the sprites instead of applying a "cutout" and "blur" filter, then i'd be well up for this. but as it stands. i'd rather just play these games on my actual megadrive, or even my PSP.
But yes now that i see, wtf have they done 2 it?
Are they MAD?

Sega has yet to have an emulator compilation that didnt have outrageous blur. The Xbox1 sega collections were pretty much unplayable at 480p.
The games looked far better on my 1985 28" CRT using the RGB cable on an original euro Megadrive.
Blur = no buy.
That LOL i remember when i played Eco the dolphin with those gfx (nott the blur tho) and i was like, MOM look at Those GFX! its so REAL hahahahahahaah
And she was like hmmm yea...
And now when i showed here Kz2 she said: When do the game begin? and i was like WtF? I said: That IS the game hahahah.
The point is (that about kz2 was NO flamebate) that the gfx in games have moved along so mutch so you neraly getting a little Tear in your eye.
And i wonder how the gfx will look in 12-15 years.
I be be 40 tho, but i can still promise you one thing. I will STILL be playing :P

And that was maybe ten years ago.
Today when I look at GoW2 and KZ2, I begin to sweat when I even dare thinking of the next gen...

I remember that Shenmue was crazy looking when it came out becuase at the same time you had games like Super Mario 64 then along came the dreamcast.
Shenmue was one of the FEW sega games in 3d i actually liked
when sonic went to 3d ahahaha... new sonic looks ok though... then along comes wolf-sonic-rubber-hedgehog.
thats right wolfsonicrubberhedgehog you fail
Shenmue 2 also fails :P
.... I fail to lol (had to add that in there :P)

Go Sega!
Remember I had a emulator on PC and I found this and played it with my 360 controller, was so good!
Too bad they didnt enhanced the visuals like POP Classic or Bionic Commando.
Some of the best games from your best times abound and I kept waiting all along to get to play "Streets_of_Rage"series and "Sonic_3D_Blast" on my PS2___ it never happened. I got the latest collection only for the original Sonic but nothing else great was there.
Now I have to buy a full Blu-Ray to play these 4 games. Not that its a complain on games part, Streets of Rage 1 alone is priceless, and I'd pay anything to be able to play that again in 720p and Sonic3D-Blast is yet another nostalgiac story.......but Sega could have done that years ago, they know people will buy it so they are capitalizing on it.
I realy like your pic :P ( wonder why haha ;) )
And the second. At last i truly found a forum where there is no flame war every day ( like n4g) :D here i will be 4 a long time :P
Anyways, welcome and enjoy your stay. =)
Aaaaaaand... DAMN YOU SEGA AND YOUR BLUR. /angryface
