Musical videogame Band Mashups has been announced a little bit less than a week ago on the Nintendo Wii. THQ offers the possibility to revisit this universe with a handful of screenshots and, more importantly, the very first gameplay video. I'm not sure to understand what the hell is going on the screen, but the instant musical style change is funny.

I generally love music and rhythm games but this looks really boring. 3 buttons? I'm used to Pop n music and Beatmania, 3 buttons is far to easy. And the music we get to hear in the trailer is perhaps not what i'd prefer in a game of this type. Oh well.
