Do appreciate the up to date news so don't let my slagging this off make you think i don't appreciate what you guys do
With that said, this could not look anymore generic if it tried, it just looks so bloody boring i doubt i could bring myself to rent this let alone buy it, hell if i pirated games, i doubt i would download it.
Looks actually more interesting with every trailer I see, generic sure but no more so than any other game and some of the details look pretty well thought out, the weapon designs and mecha look good.
It will all come down to how fun it is to play to inform any purchase and at this point pretty much zero people know that quantity.
lol natal is crap for hardcore games, well its just crap overall but move support would be nice. robot/mech design is great and story looks more interresting than vanquish.
natal could be great, imagine just a subtle raise of the hand to stop your AI team mates in rainbow six saving you holding down the button and waiting for a scroll wheel to come up
To say its crap for harcore games is wrong, the way it IS been used is crap yes, they seem to think its pad or kinect morph the two together and you have something that is worthy of our time, Fable 4 actually giving the finger to save 12 minutes of slow UI to select it, pud STILL using the pad for everything else
To be fair, in this regard kinect has a lot more going for it that moves badly placed buttons...
