Use to do that Parkour thing back in the day, didn't know they had a name for it. Too old, fat, and scared to do what I did back then.

real life has better graphics, it's free-running mechanic doesn't look as clunky and it's weapon bob isn't as 'lol' ridiculous. aside from that they both look the same.
yep...seems abit strange they would put out a vid that completely shows up just how lacking brink is. And omission of "feet" doesnt usually bother me in fps games but you'd think they'd be included in one with a focus on parkour... mind you, they have enough trouble animating hands decently let alone feet
My interest has defiantly deteriorated since I first say it a couple of years back. It looks quite lacklustre now. I can't really imagine I'd even have enough interest to buy this out of a bargain bin.
Something about parkour has always pissed me off, just the ultimate "look at me aren't I fucking great" activity, it always makes me want to set up tripwires...
That aside, the game also looks truly unremarkable aside from the art style which I enjoy. It would seem that might well turn out to be the expensive lacquer on the soft poo underneath.

You need to deal with your jealously dude...they do it for the adrenaline...its easy to impress those who don't do it...you look for props from you peers... I don't do parkour, but I bboy, and its the same deal

Breakdancing is great but its a form of dance not a sport( I used to do graffiti myself, back when hip hop was also good). Parkour is bullshit to me, no jealousy there at all, I have the same disdain for all so called "extreme sports"...If you want adrenaline do something useful like join the fire dept or the military. Of course that does not appeal to all the extreme sport wankers because it is not considered "cool" but at least is serves some actual greater purpose or helps people.
I have´t interest in free-running in a game.
I this happy with limit of the buldings, roads, map design in general and no stupid Halo maps jumping for any site without limits.
I love Gears of War by it motive.
