I only come to Gamersyde because of the higher quality and download options you provide for your videos.
The 2018 demo was never supposed to see the light of day, it wasn't meant for public viewing yet CDPR gave in because of fan demand and the very positive feedback they received from demo attendees otherwise there wouldn't be anything to compare to except 2019 Deep Dive video.
There are already a bunch of graphic comparison videos using E3 2018, 2019 Deep Dive, TGS, Russian special ver. of NCW and the various NCW eps. and it's quite apparent (to myself and many others) there have been upgrades and improved redesigns.

2.) Flying cars are in the game, you are just not able to pilot them.
3.) 2013 CGI reveal trailer was a concept, largely created by one person's vision, giving instruction from CDPR.Of course the art style and aesthetics are different.
4.) Personally don't care about wall running. It was more being able to latch onto a wall with the Mantis Blades. I think some comments made were taking as fact/absolution, while others made were well intended but the devs had their reasons to not include them. Looking at the city, the complexity and verticality I get why they decided against it, probably was a nightmare trying to implement.
You're entitled to your opinions, however, going by the points you've made, I have to disagree.

They have never said we could climb buildings e.g. AC, Spider-man etc. Though there are people expecting this, hopefully not too many for their sake, CDPR and the fans not worried about that since you know there will be those running to the internet to complain once they realize this
.
We know there's mantling, might be some minor parkour and I do think with double jump and so on we will have some form of traversing the city with the emphasis on verticality, but I do not expect 3/4 of the city to be traversable from top to bottom. If it is I'll be pleasantly surprised, and impressed.
Lastly, other than Mirror's Edge - Those looking for a Cyberpunk game that has wall-running, look up the game Ghostrunner that's releasing in 4 days.
