Trailer PS4

Housemarque's shooter is coming back as a remastered 1080p title under the name Dead Nation: Apocalypse Edition. This edition contains the game plus the Road to Devastation DLC as well as new features such as Broadcast + mode, allowing you to stream your game while viewers can influence the difficulty. The title will be out on March 4 and PS+ members will be able to get it for free.

Did they change the graphics engine or just increase resolution? I dont remember it being this good looking last time i played it on ps3.

Nah I read it says enhanced visuals as well.

I still have this on my ps3 when they gave it away.. never did play it. Apparently its a lot better in co-op. Pretty poor pickings for a ps4 offer though rehashing old free ps3 games. What happened to Drive club? that cant be too far away..its all gone strangely quiet

I really liked this game. Twinstick shooter with an actual trigger. Looked nice. But made the mistake of playing on hard and it bettered me. Got REALLY fucking hard. Think i'll either play on normal this time or go co-op.

EDIT : driveclub is going to be the show piece for sony's VR headset....BELIEVE!

I'm guessing they just increased resolution, number of things on screen, and increased AA. It looks pretty much like higher resolution, smoother visuals to me. If nothing else, it's not a huge difference. The original was already a pretty sharp looking game IMO.

The video is captured at 1080P/60 fps, but is the real thing running at 1080P/60 fps?

I have read that is running 1080P/30 fps.

The game looks cool and I have never played it in PS3, I think I will enjoy it in my PS4 even at 30 fps, but it is a pitty if it is not running at 60 fps.

Such a good game, I still think it's the best classic representation of hordes of zombies down a dark street and this is just a top-down shooter. If this generation can replicate the chaos in maybe a L4D type game, day one for me.
