Now you have it : with Deadly Creatures, developer Rainbow Studios places the player in control of an armored scorpion and a deadly tarentula while they venture through desert areas. They will encounter such mythical creatures like lizards and black widows. Why? How? Where am I? Help!

And I just watched Predator! ()'

[EDIT] I just realized the scorpion makes the exact same sound as the Predator...

That was painful to watch, so painful I made an account here to say so.

Why? Why make a game on a scorpion fighting other bugs and lizards? Its like David Attenborough meets Tekken or worse....

(note: Tekken and David are cool)

I think they use pigs for those sounds. They use that for many kinds of creatures in movies and games. Anyway, game looks kinda funny. It'll prolly get raped in the review department >.<

I'd play a game with just scorpions and spiders and what not. It's interesting and different. What, you people want to be bald space marines some more? Or a dragon or some other played out thing? Honestly speaking, this completely intrigues me.

At least this title has a different premise, i just have little faith that this will turn out good. I hope I'm wrong because i would like to buy another game for the Wii.

I don't have a problem with the game so much as itself but the realism of a scorpion fighting through hordes of bugs and snakes seems just a little too far fetched.

It's not that far fetched. You ever play Primal Rage? Now that was far fetched, but it was fun.

Same here. I haven't played a creature/bug based game in a long time. I think the last two I've played were Mr. Mosquito and Buck Bumble.

Yes. Especially Buck Bumble.

The only games I suggest staying away from would be Bug's Life and Antz for PS2. Both were cash in games, one disney, one dreamworks.
