Press release:
Deep Silver offers all-terrain arcade racing with altitude in its new multiplatform game
Deep Silver, the games label of Koch Media, a leading producer and distributor of digital entertainment products, today announced the first details regarding its arcade racing game nail'dTM and unveiled a dedicated website at www.naildgame.com.
nail'd is truly a hellish ride. No other racing game has ever featured such differences in altitude! Only those who master daring jumps into unknown depths at ultimate top speeds stand a chance to win the challenging action races in nail'd. Steep slopes, suddenly appearing obstacles and surprising turns in the track demand sharp reflexes, requiring players to give their all. Through its insane bursts of speed, "nail'd" will catapult you from one adrenalin boost to the next.
In a tournament, players will charge through diverse geographical track settings, e.g. between the redwood trees and sheer granite mountain faces of Yosemite National Park.
Players in nail'd get to choose between various vehicle classes, including motorbikes and quads. Once they have picked their wheels, it's time to hit the track and prevail against challenging AI opponents. A compelling soundtrack by well-known bands helps to urge you on to do your very best.
Moreover, a multi-player mode allows you to secure one of the top ranks in the leader boards of global online tournaments.
nail’d, developed by Techland, will be released for PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system, the Xbox 360? video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and Windows PC. The worldwide launch of nail'd is targeted for the 4th quarter of 2010.
Reminds me of Pure, wich totally rock. Not same developer though. Techland is the guys behind the Call of Juarez games. They've done racing games before though (remember Xpand Rally), so this could turn out nicely.
Well, more fast-paced arcade racing games are welcome, so I'ill keep an eye on this!
lets hope this succeeds where pure failed....split screen
also, why does xbox 360 have a question mark next to it like they dont know if that's what it's called...hahaha
anyway, it has slipknot for the soundtrack, i'm sold. well, not really, but if it has split screen it's definately looking promising...visually it looks pretty nice.

Either both included in the price, or the vita version at a big discount if bought alongside the PS3 version. (1 minute ago)

I think ports will be inevitable since it sells what i think is an awesome feature; the shared save system. Sony just need to handle it propperly like they have with motorstorm RC. (2 minutes ago)

Soul Sacrifice seems to be coming to Vita though, recently a new domain was registered with a very similar name by Sony i think it was. E3 probably. (2 minutes ago)

@KORNdog: I really only care for the Vita exclusives. That Battle Royale nonsense and Sly 4...meh. Soul Sacrifice though, definitely interesting! But i really dont hope the Vita will eventually become (5 minutes ago)

Unless of course it's something great like uncharted, in which case it takes priority. It'll beinteresting to see COD on the handheld tho. If it offers a decent portable online experience i may get it (6 minutes ago)
