I can't belive that xbox360 can handle this quality of graphics at 60 fps but it can...just amazing...the best graphics in a racing game , for sure ... Polyphony where are you hiding ? Bravo Turn 10 ! ! !
I'm really very eager now to play the demo. I'd still give the nod to GT 5 regards to lighting, going by the videos at least. Hopefully a real hands on will better demonstrate how good IBL actually is

The only real detail in that video is in the car. I don't normally go for racers anymore but F4 is definitely the best looking of the two big console sims this gen. I may even cancel my BF3 pre order (based on the shitty pre alpha 'beta') and get this.
Most realistic graphics ever?, the only thing that looks better than this is that 'Real Life' mod for Crysis but that was a mod and not the actual game.

You console kids makes me laugh. The lighting, the textures, the models and the environment in this game is far from the Crysis quality. And you can not compare an FPS with a racing game. Dirt 3 is still a better looking game than Forza 4 and GT 5.
Is it me or is the gameplay far more chuggy when the screen is filled with competitors? A single car? Pretty much buttery smooth. A whole lineup vying for first place? Not quite as silky smooth. I hope it's the quality of the video or some unfinished game code, but I was mildly disturbed by what I saw.

The game is totally silky smooth as far as I can tell. I'll check my video.

Maybe you mean the PC version with Full on graphics ? and again maybe . . . the console version of dirt 3 noway better looking than this ... and 60 fps like Forza 4 ... no way better!

Way to condescend!! You are so COOL! Seriously. Kids? DiRT 3 is not a sim, and it doesn't run @ 60fps on console.
Anyway, looks great. The replays look better, but still aren't where they need to be to become top-dog. In-game play on the other hand...
