Xbox 360 PS3

Ubisoft just sent us this second Making Of video of the much delayed Brothers in Arms: Hell's Highway. At least it looks like this delay was a good thing for this game.

For the lord of gods. Fix the lipsync and the face animation in the cut scenes and then you come back! This has been an issue since.. forever! Why do they keep ignoring it?
This is like watching one of those german/spain dubbed movies.

Apart from that, I love what they are trying to achieve and Im waiting for my preorderd game to show up in my mailbox.

Are they still aiming for the end of august?

Cutscenes look weird.. Could improve on the animations a bit but overall I can't wait for this game! I liked the other BIA games!

yep i thought exactly the same. Its a shame that they've invested so much attention in the story of these characters, tried to give them heart and personality..and then undo all that by showing strained to none existant facial animations. How are characted supposed to display emotion with poor lip sincing and lack of expression... you would of thought this would of been the first thing they'd of looked at in order to bring a believable experience out of them and get you to "care".

Will be too late to fix now sadly..which is annoying as its already had a whole years worth of delay which should of been spent on complete polish of the game...especially considering at E3'07 they said it was pretty much done and would be out within the next couple of months.

Hopefully the gameplay though will show its quality as i've been looking forward to this for far too long now.

Graphics are nice overall but facial animations are down right PATHETIC. They are laughable. I'm starting to hate this making of videos for any release, they are such an awful PR spin it is not even funny. This guy is talking to me how videogames are way behind in story telling yet what they are doing is not convincing anyone with such awful acting.

Lol, my thoughts exactly. That idiot Pitchard annoys me more than anyone out there. Everytime he's demo-ing the game, he's always saying those silly, rehearsed, oneliners of how "awesome the game is".

In the end though, the game does look amazing but I don't think I like the look of the handling/feel of the game. I'd have to try out a demo first.

the first game was great. and the way they tell their stories are great too, with their focus on characters more then anything. its a shame the lip syncing isnt good at all, but its not a big enough deal to detract from the overall story and narative.
