The destruction looks cool but... this game just feels so chaotic. It seems that there is no way you can sneak around unnoticed.

To me, seems the most just plain, no bullshit kinda of fun in ages, like Crackdown.

Neither prototype or inZapmous looklike they acheive that so well.

that's a bit of a stretch dont you think? kinda embarassing really, surely you could have come up with something better then that?

exactly, it claims to give you freedom to tackle the situation how you want to, but you cant, once you're seen (and you WILL be seen) there is an endless stream of spawning enemies that are out for blood. it turns it into a run and gun shooter, and seeing as that aspect of the game is piss poor at best, it all ends up feeling incredibly mediocre. the destruction is cool, sure, but it cant hide the fact the actual gameplay is incredibly average imo.

i'll give it a go, benefit of the doubt and all that, but i'm not expecting anything amazing, if anything i'll be about on-par with fracture.

Awesome story and awesome gameplay as far as I'm concerned.

Sure it's a bit mediocre but they made it very fun.
That black hole weapon looked excellent.

If the lifespan is good, definite purchase.

You guys play the demo yet? I was skeptical until my 2nd play-through, but after that I was hooked. Don't know how many times I played through it but the destruction is FANTASTIC and the aiming feels good. They also did a good job with the weapons menu, once you get used to it it's almost as easy to use as the one in crysis. It was balls-to the walls for sure, but it was a blast( no pun intended). The demo did it's job for me, i'm stoked...

I decided last night after playing the demo for the 5th time that I will buy this game day one. Great physics, nice that the graphics basically never drop from 30Hz, image quality is extremely great even if the overall graphics aren't super amazing. Gameplay is tons of fun, I can't wait to drive through more buildings on Mars.

Wow this game looks great, the demo is the shit too. I wonder if the multiplayer is any good though. If they made that worthwhile, it'll be worthwhile to get this for me.
