Developer Diary Xbox 360 PS3

The Comic Con certainly seems to be a big event even for gaming now, like for Army of Two: The 40th Day and this new developer diary.

Interesting enough - but why does the game look so yellow-ish?

No he wasn't. But now he is for sure. I don't understand that decission. When I was playing PoP I was hearing Nate all the time. Now again. He's a good voice actor, but it takes away the suspension of disbelief.
i agree, nolan IS drake, and every time i hear him in anything else it just sounds weird. almost like nathan drake is playing different characters in different games. i understand why they want nolan north, since he opitomises the "every man" everage sounding guy, but when a load of characters sound EXACTLY like that, it just gets a bit strange.

it's like they saw uncharted and loved the charisma and attitude of drake, but instead of saying "we'll get a voice actor to capture that "vibe", they simply said...get nolan north in and we'll copy it.

surely there is someone else out there who can do the sarcastic, normal sounding voice...or is the world full of elmo's and nolan north is the only regular voice out there?

I'm not expecting much more than an ok rental out of this. The first game was ok, but ONLY b/c it had a decent co op mode. Everything else in the game seemed just shit to me. I'm guessing it would take more money than EA is willing to spend to get this franchise into must buy territory.

since when was Nathan Drake in this game?

That morality "system" reminds me alot of the Austin Powers movies... seeing sensitive comedic consequences of your actions through the innocents you kill

I find it a bit forced that every game has to have "moral choices" these days, but that aside, this does look like a solid improvement on the original. If it actually turns out to have some length and replayability, I might pick it up.
