New episode of the making of Devil May Cry. Ninja Theory shows us once again one of the exercises that the studio knows best. Namely, the motion-capture. The actors who play the role of Kat and Vergil present their respective characters.

But interms of the game, it will be average i am sure, for me Vergil's combat stands out way more than main character's one...Dante, too bad he is a DLC.
Btw when is that demo ? I really want to see how they F'ed up the combat :P

He did say DMC3 Special Edition, so those who didnt own original DMC3 could pick up Special Edition with Virgil in it, but those who had DMC3...well, that sucks.

Plus there was numerous enchantments done on DMC 3 Sp. ed. (easy mode was easy :) ) and I think it wasn't full price when it came out ( correct me if I'm wrong ).
We got one new difficulty setting. Where Capcom basically integrated the Japanese version's easiest difficulty setting with the North American version's harder difficulty settings. No real effort done there.
We got the option of choosing between Yellow Orbs and Gold Orbs. Where Capcom basically combined the continue systems of the Japanese version and the North American version. Again, no real effort done there.
We now have the option to watch the cutscenes from the menu screen, which is basically a theater mode that the earlier version should've gotten in the first place. Again, no real effort done there.
We got a Bloody Palace Mode, which is basically a survival mode that the earlier version should've gotten in the first place. Again, no real effort done there.
We got a Turbo Mode, which is just an option to increase the overall gameplay speed. Again, no real effort done there.
We got Jester as an extra boss. Which suspiciously feels like a boss that Capcom scrapped from the earlier version of the game. Who knows? But ether way, is that really the best extra boss that they could produce for the Special Edition? Obviously, there's no real effort done there ether.
The Dullahans now behaves like a regular enemy. Which is Capcom basically taking what they previously scrapped from the earlier version of the game, and puts it back in just to add more variety in the special edition. (Want some proof for that? Watch DMC3's TGS trailer "Divine Hate" and you'll see.) Again, no real effort done there.
We got Nelo Angelo as the Corrupted Vergil's DT form. Which is no different compared to Trish as a playable character in DMC2, with copied and pasted moves from the previous game and nothing more. Again, no real effort done there.
We also got the Super Legendary Dark Knight and Super Corrupted Vergil costumes, which is basically just the regular super costumes that allows you to heal while in DT form. Again, no real effort done there.
We got a few new images in the gallery. Just a handful. Again, no real effort done there.
They also added a few videos in the gallery too, like the TGS trailer "Divine Hate". But seriously, is Capcom under the false belief that people can't tell that those are just the same low quality videos that you can download from the official Japanese website? They didn't even bother adding the higher quality versions of those videos. Again, no real effort done here.
But seem like ppl got so accustomed to DLC that they just don't get the point I'm trying to make. so I just rest my case. Again thx for the nice read.
