I've just arrived from Liverpool where I spent the day checking Project Gotham Racing 4 out at Bizarre's studio. While waiting for my impressions on some hopefully interesting videos with the game's developers, here is a first direct video gameplay video. And many thanks to Ben for his help!

Genius, the snow really adds to the realism when you see flicks of a few specs flying in your face.

there was always problems with incar view in pgr3, the camera is set too far back, so they can show off the dashboard etc, same applies to pgr4 it seems

Looks dreamy, Blim is there a way to switch off the kudos meter. I notice there are none in those vids.

I never had any problems at all with the incar view in PGR3, in fact, I found it to be the best view for playing (as far as challenge level). No other game has done it as well as PGR3 did, for example I found the incar view in Test Drive Unlimited to be unplayable even with the adjustable seat settings.

You gotta work on your shifting (my ears!), and I would've preferred dashboard cam, but it's still a nice video.

i wonder if theres ANY chance of the new lamborghini reventon being in pgr4.

either way, this is a first day buy for me. we need more videos showing off the cars, though.

Looks really nice, but the driver sucks ;)

Seriously though, after seeing this i don't think i will buy this game. I think I'll just continue playing forza 2...i love racing games but i don't really see this doing anything better than forza, except for graphics.

Yea, the in car view in this video looks pushed way back, is it adjustable in PGR4 by any chance?

All the other vids seemed inline with PGR3, where you couldn't always even see all of the speedometer...

Then look down with the right analog stick. In real life you have to look down to focus on the speedometer numbers anyways.

It's not the camera, it's the car itself.

Well, I would have imagine they would adjust the camera on a per car basis, it's not like all the cars in PGR3 had the same seat position either.

Why are Gamersyde's servers so slow now? I used to download close to 1000k/sec and now I'm getting less than 250k/sec? No offense, this has just been troubling me.
