EA announced something that will undoubtedly not please everyone, since Dragon Age 2 will get some downloadable content for its release. Those who will get the signature edition of the game will not have to pay, but as for the others, it will cost them 560 Microsoft Points or $7 to discover the story of this exiled prince.
Loakum Ugh….scratch that previous comment. The upcoming Game of Thrones video game is a F’in mobile phone game. Why can’t they came an open world GoT game, like Witcher 3 or God of War? (> 3 Months ago)
Loakum By FAR, the upcoming Game of Thrones King’s Road was the Game of the Show! It plays like God of War Ragnarok! :) (> 3 Months ago)

Commented on 2011-01-10 12:25:19Why publishers think promoting dlc before the release of the actual game its supporting is a good idea i dont know.
My advice - wait for the GOTY edition. Theres enough decent games hitting this year to make the extra 6-9 month wait go bye. You'll get all the dlc and the game for half the retail price

Commented on 2011-01-10 13:34:33Btw, Signature Edition has the same price of the regular so I dont see the problem of not wanting the Signature Edition.

Commented on 2011-01-10 19:12:47NOT ON THE FIRST DAY, where you feel left out of content that is (or not) on the disc!
Commented on 2011-01-10 21:30:12You just have to question why Bioware and other devs would treat gamers who don't preorder their games like second-rate gamers. This particular type of DLC where the content isn't just aesthetic changes to the game in question annoys the hell out of me. Its sad how these developers have given into pressure from retailers and publisher demands.

Commented on 2011-01-10 22:06:30Dotn want SE well buy it regular but you wont have what "Usually" SE editions have.
Jeez.....
Commented on 2011-01-10 22:25:56I was hoping to see some real leaps from the previous one to make me consider it, but I don't know; this just isn't convincing me.

The whole project ten dollar thing is bullshit too. Its all very well saying buy new and you'll get rewarded. Doesnt really help those that dont have their consoles hooked up to the net. ME2 wasnt a multiplayer focused game.

Commented on 2011-01-11 12:24:26 In reply to bleachedsmilesYou would be happier if they follow the COD line with hardcore editon=+4 ingame level which you can only get if you get the hardcore or prestige edition. (overpriced of course).
Bioware lets you buy the extra content if you want.
You get more content for Signature edition... why don"t you cry over the Soundtarck disk...(SE will contain that too) less content (-1 disk) for regular edition...
I think the only thing is questionable is the fact you can't buy the Signature Edition after January 11.

Commented on 2011-01-11 15:52:28 In reply to ManThatYouFearYou don't want the SE then don't preorder and get the regular game with the option of buying that content for a moderate charge.
The SE of games have been like this forever and this time you get to have one for the same cost.
I mean after all what more you want? the game for free?

Very sorry if i have this wrong, but they way that is wrote i am assuming it means "only people who buy the collectors edition"
and also why not just let EVERYONE who buys the brandnew version get it? but i dunno some kind of scratch card in the case.
Commented on 2011-01-11 16:29:25 In reply to ManThatYouFearIn that part I do agree that they are screwing people though. lol
They realize that part with the first and they will not make the same mistake from a business perspective.
Gamers that like to buy for cheap will get screwed no matter what, unless they can find down the line a SE for cheap that I think it will happen anyway so IMO there is no need to worry.
Commented on 2011-01-11 16:33:04 In reply to ManThatYouFearAnd yes only available free for the people who get the Signature Edition. And I still don't see a problem to get extra content for a special edition. Better then just a soundtrack cd and a nicer cover. Give me ingame content for the limited editions too. (for every limited)
Signature Edition(or say Limited Edition?) (More content ingame and pshysically): why is it a problem to get more ingame content for a limited edition?????? Every limited edition should get plus ingame content.

If the main game is long and enjoyable on its own then this additional content shouldn't modify the reviews...

"dont like it dont pay for it"..i dont, just it would be free if people stopped paying, or at the very least of higher quality.
True we could say "if they was not charging we would get none what so ever" which is fair enough and possibly true, but never affected pc much did it?
But yes i should not be wasting mine and possibly your time moaning about it, but i dont think we should be praising it either..
