Electronic Arts revealed yesterday the release date Bioware's RPG Dragon Age: Inquisition. Players will be able to expore the world of Thedas on October 7th. Screenshots and gameplay trailer (with french subs) after the jump. We'll add the US trailer once we get it.

(NASDAQ: EA), today announced that the highly-anticipated, epic role-playing game, Dragon Age™: Inquisition will be available in stores and for digital download on October 7 in North America and October 10 in Europe. In Dragon Age: Inquisition, the expansive, beautiful world of Thedas is being torn apart by a massive, mysterious breach in the sky. Players must assume the role of the Inquisitor and lead a team of legendary heroes to uncover the truth behind the impending devastation.

Trailer is cheesy no doubt, but I am interested. I enjoyed DA Origins on PC, and with Witcher 3 delayed, this has a shout for me on PS4.

The game looks good, nothing groundbreaking but good enough. It also seems to have a nice variety of environments and that is something DA2 absolutely didn't have. DA2 was terrible and this one seems to correct its many mistakes.

Looking forward to this. Although i'm still cautious after the absolutely abysmal second game. Not to mention biowares recent efforts in general. Hopefully it's good though. Looks pretty nice at any rate.

Going to pre-order this even though I haven't yet played the first two, the two trailers here are amazing. Maybe I'll get time to play the first two when Playstation Now comes out.
