I loved dragon quest 8..i imported it from us and was able to play it on my ps2 thanks to swap magic hehe :P
It was great to see all the familiar monsters, the music, red, and yangus again..but what the hell! where is the open ended huge environments and rpg feel dragon quest 8 gave?! This looks more like a strategy or board style rpg!?! OH NOOOOOO!
Why didn't they make it like dragon quest 8.. why make it like a board game :(

Yeah it looks good, lacks the bright colouring of DQ8..DQ8 was so bright and colourful..Yangus seems to have more pencil work and shading..still..i miss the open ended huge RPG that DQ8 was..it was a simple story, great gameplay and huge! classic rpg at it's best! and the ff12 rocked it even more.. lol
E3 is going to be great..i remember squarenix showing off this huge town like centre as a demonstration..and stating that was an example of a game being worked for the xbox360..we might see what that game is finally..could be a great new rpg..
Next gen rpgs are going to be insane! great graphics, animations, epic cutscenes, characters, battles, can't wait
Yangus looks more cute in this one .. I just want them to make FF and Front Mission and some of there other classic for the 360 to.. Just because it means more money for them and more games for us.. No matter what a sonyfanboy says...

I know Squarenix has some big big plans because its not like them to keep quit, there usely tell us everything that have planed etc..
But I really hope They do say something about front Mission 5 coming to the U.S and Front Mission online as for Fantasy Earth.. stupid ppl said''FM5:Scar of war'' was a copy of Starwars..thats why we dont have it yet..lol
but, I really cant wait to see What Squarenix has planed for us..

Didn't Squarenix say they are making final fantasy 11-2? another final fantasy online game? with the re-release of final fantasy 11 on xbox360..could it be a way of warming gamers to the genre..so they can be ready for the next final fantasy online game on xbox360?!?!
There working another MMORPG..they said that FFXI Fan Festival 2006. That will be for PC, PS3 and 360.. I dont think its 11-2 though. but all they said was there working a new MMORPG thats all they said..
So FFXI, Fantasy Earth, This new MMORPG their woking on.. and Front Mission online if you want to count..but FM really isnt a MMO..
The only thing thats coming with the 360 version is, RoZ, CoP and Treasures of Aht Urhgan. all 3 Expansion..
I dont think there do a XI-2 but I could be wrong..:P
