When we found out that Capcom was ready to launch what could very well become a new IP, we had good reasons to be happy. Now considering that the more we see of the game, the better it looks, it may be time to start getting excited. So ok, maybe we should be more prudent when it comes to Dragon's Dogma, but seriously, don't tell me your expectations have not increased tremendously after watching this first video. To think we are going to be able to play the game at E3, lucky us. Impressive stuff to say the least.

We'll do our best, we have so many Behind Closed Doors this year that it will be hard to keep up. :)

But we know for sure that we should be able to try some of Capcom's upcoming games. I think Dragon's Dogma is one of them, I hope I'm not mistaken.

It was playable at Captivate so you will be able to try it for sure.

I thought the fire was particularly impressive at the end. Fire is still difficult to get right by developers, but I'm digging this team's take on it.

Only game I like from Capcom this year is Sengoku Basara 3, but even that is a dissapointment compared to Basara 2.

Capcom is lacking this year, alot.
Alot of dissapointments, wrong approach from the company compared to last gen and bad decisions.

For example I wanted a next gen Onimusha and Strider but I have yet to see them :(
They pretty much screwed over DMC series too, and DMC4 was a big fat meh IMO.

As for fantasy, I like both western (big fan of LOTR) and Japanese.
However sometimes the Japanese fantasy artdesign get carried away to the point you see guys looking like girls, stupid design overal in the characters and behavior.
So for me its very 50/50, while with western fantasy its a safe bet to not expect many sillyness lol.
