Trailer Xbox 360 PS3

After vanishing for quite a while, Driver: San Francisco is back with a trailer and a release date. The game will ship on September 1, so in about 4 months, we will find out if delaying the game allowed the developpers to improve it. As far as we know, the teleportation gimmick is still there, and that's actually our main concern. Good trailer anyway.
Update: English version of the trailer & screens added.

Characters look very detailed for a driving game! Hopefully this game is great or at least as good as the very first driver!

It's their way of dealing with all the complaints about the out of car sections in previous games - you can move between vehicles without having to walk. As opposed to a competent developer who would have made the on-foot stuff better.

I seriously cannot believe that this franchise is still in the hands of Reflections. Core lost Lara Croft over Angel of Darkness, but even that wasn't as much of a disaster as Driver 3. It had such basic flaws it was like it had been designed by somebody who had never played a video game. Then they turned out the next one, which was better but still pretty bad, and they're getting yet another chance?

As far as I'm concerned the only chance of there ever being another good Driver game is if they let somebody else make it.

Looks ok, I'd liked to see a english version of the trailer....don't like dubbed stuff...(yeah, I know it's not gamersyde's fault.)

Yes sorry, but we were only sent the French version. We'll try to find it in English tomorrow. :)
