Quake 1 was first "trully" 3d game.

Not even close. Quake did not come out until 1996, but was preceded by Virtua Racing and Comanche, in 1992. And both of those were preceded by Hard Drivin', as far back as 1989. And even that was preceded by wireframe, vector 3D games like Tempest (or almost every game that ever shipped on the Vectrex game console) going all the way back to 1980.
But for the first 3D FPS that used polygons instead of sprites or voxels to render the 3D effect, then yes, it is Quake.
