James Cameron was at the quite horrible Ubisoft press conference yesterday to talk about the game adaptation of his upcoming movie James Cameron's Avatar. And talk he did, for a long long time, revealing many things about his movie in the process. This man sure can talk, ramble even. Anyway, here are some images and an artwork of the game.

lol for some reason this make me more compelled to watch it. Don't believe for a second these are real time in game screens not unless this is PC.

James Cameron did ramble on a bit, But in all fairness, his ramblings were the second best part of an otherwise, very dull show. The best part of the show, of course, was the play through of the Splinter Cell: Conviction demo.

Assassin's Creed 2 would have stole the show, were it not for the fact that the entire video was CGI . . . and nonplayable . . . and Jade Raymond was no where in sight. As it stands, watching the Assassin's Creed CGI video, was the single biggest letdown at the entire Ubisoft presser . . . that and absolutely no video footage of Avatar.

He should've chosen to bring Hyperion to the big (3D) screen instead. Oh well, Avatar will do.

Ubisoft has won the prize for the worst conference I've ever seen. Honestly, it was wose than Nintendo's last year, and that was awful.

Between Avatars, Avatar: The Last Airbender and this Avatar (with almost the same font as Aang and co!).... I've a headache.

Will Gamersyde get to see the Avatar footage? I'm hearing that it's behind closed doors. The screenshots are console ingame is my understanding btw.

Maybe they want to show the first public footage as live action instead of from the game. Although since they've shown the screenshots, they might as well show us the footage.
