Video Xbox 360 PS3

As promised, here is the second and final part of the E3 demo of Bayonetta. If you liked the beginning, the end is absolutely unmissable. And I'm not saying this because we see the witch totally naked.

This has been added to my list of must buys, it looks absolutely batshit insane!

The last few months of the year are going to be very expensive, there’s almost too much goodness coming out!

Some of the most influential creators are at the helm of this development side, Okami, Viewtiful, Madworld, God Hand, Devil May Cry and Resident Evil are all titles that in some shape or form have involved the team now called Platinum Games, and for this reason alone they deserve our interest, for to long people have been poking holes and unecessarily criticising the game for it's hyper sexualised focus but that is only speck on the grand concept of Bayonetta, hopefully unlike Okami this will get the sales it deserves.

For me personally this will probably just bury the competition. I just can't God of War 3 holding more entertainment for me than this. It simply looks spectacular in every way :)

Good god... day one!!!

Imagine if Sony or MS actually showcased this game at their Press Conference... What was Sega thinking by not showing this game at Sony or Microsoft's Press conference in a live on stage demo?

Rampaging gothic killer lady with a skin tight hair suit that turns into a giant wolf head that literally noms the enemy.

I have to admit, I don't think I would have ever arrived at that, hats off to the creators of this game for taking a huge step outside the box. It does make other games in the genre seem somewhat pedestrian from what I have seen do far.

That's what I love about Japanese games, they can have some crazy stuff you'd NEVER see in a Western (as in geographically, not cowboys, lol!) game.

I must say that although this does look amazing, God of War 3 has its own merits that set them apart.
God of war has a much more epic feel about it, a combination of the mythological setting, dramatic music and very large scale scenes make it seem more like something huge is taking place, you are battling the god's themselves after all. Bayonetta however seems allot smaller is scope but has far more intense action and is completely over the top in just about everything it does.

Both games look frickin awesome in their own ways, it's a good time to be gamer right now.

i like her, she looks hot

game looks great, i mean it's like devil may cry..gothic, over the top, stylish, big monsters, demons, and you got a badass main lead like dante..except it's an uber chick who goes naked spouting a demon dog from HELL!

yup..this game is going to be fun. Amongst the heaps of FSP shooters and RPG galore, it's good to have 3rd person action adventures like bayonetta, batman, gow 3, castlevania etc

Pretty much how I look at it. Both are definite buys for me. I want to get NGS2 as well but this and GoWIII take the cake for the genre/interest.

I can't see anything in that been there done that gameplay ( fire colossus, lol ) demo of GoWIII, that is more EPIC than the boss and destroyed bridge shown here.

Ripping a head using the same old lame "press fast X button" may look cool, but gets old fast and isn't as Epic as stuff showb here, just Gorier. ( at least I think a Hair Dragon eating a giat flesh angel w/ blood all over, mimics that )

Looks silly still, but I like it a lot better than when I had no Idea what it was going to look like. Still a bit silly. Though having a move called "Climax" is pretty awesome.

And she really looks like a ghetto hooker.
