Monster Leshen hidden in the murky woods, sirens turned into flying creatures and the city of Novigrad, that's what is depicted among other things in the new gallery of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. CD Projekt Red's title will release in 2014 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One.

The only thing I don't like about the engine is that fucking sharpen filter. Sharpen filters should be destroyed, they aren't any good and it's not even the proper way to sharpen an image. I think this looks pretty sharp, especially given the size and seamlessness of the world.
To me it was one of the most impressive titles. They show Geralt galloping on horseback through various open landscapes where the draw distances look insanely far (seriously, like 100 miles), and the whole open water thing, mermaids swimming up next to your sailboat (Geralt will definitely get his bone on in this game too LOL!).
Also towards the end of the trailer they show him walking into a HUGE city...and i mean HUGE. The scope of the city literally looked like it was the size of the entire Witcher 2 game. Combat looks flawless, and silky smooth aswell. Watching him fight those flying creatures as they swooped in to attack him was awesome.
This game is Day 1 buy for me. I hadnt played any of them, and randomly picked up the Witcher 2, just because i heard the GFX (on PC) were some of the best out and could push your system. And i was impressed. I definitely wont be able to play this on my current rig, thats for sure.
