Xbox 360 PS3

Michael Ancel's new installment isn't a Wii exclusive as it's been said, but it is also for "current and next-gen consoles", including Xbox 360 and Playstation 3. The game will be released this fall, and here's two images from it.

They were at least named "next-gen screens".

You said it's been said it's a Wii exclusive, which has never been said. From the very first announcement, it's always been for all consoles, Ubi-style. :)

Not that it really matters, I just react when LIES are posted. :D

Um, chill? I'm right, I don't need to chill. What's posted is inaccurate, I corrected it in my post, and it's brushed off because "Manager's cool"? I just thought news should be.. you know.. facts. Not "I assumed this because I haven't really paid attention to this title!"

And I'm calm, I'm of quite comfortable temperature, and I'll leave you guys to it now. :)

Yeah, I thought Michel being on board would get rid of the outfits and silly versions of Rayman. :(

I don't think the pop culture references mix well with the fairy tale atmosphere of Rayman at all. I mean it always felt distinctively modern, but timeless at the same time.

Rayman 2 on Dreamcast was so amazing. It's too bad that basically every version of Rayman 2 has some kind of flaw today. The DC version being that nobody really has a DC, the PS2 version being that the PAL version is flat and slow, badly aliased and jerky, and the PC version.. Well it's on PC.

I still have it for DC though, and it's really just as playable today, and just as pretty too.

I'm excited for this new installment, especially since Michel Ancel is working on it again. Rayman 3 lost some of the magic of the series for me so I'm hoping this will be a return to form. The screens are very pleasant.
