I wonder why someone who doesn't know how to play these games would come to the booth anyway instead of just watching someone else.

My point was actually that many people that play the game aren't like.. very great at it. People have interest in things they're not always great at. That's cool.

Right that's my piss taking done of Grift i'm outtie seeeeeeeya ;D
I mean would you be saying BF3.1 if they had changed the music & the overall visual style?
I'd say 3.5 though :D

The game is going to have a huge lack of destruction just like 3. They'll continue to ignore the destruction levels they had in Bad Company

That's a new mechanic. Maps have events you can set off that change the map layout. It's scripted. It's significant. It's based on the map design. Yeah. Level design. That's why there's "less" destruction in BF3.
3.5 for sure. But they're doing a lot of the right things. It's obviously still in progress. Heck, they won't be able to balance it until the beta starts. And since it's DICE they'll listen to too much feedback. Because that's what DICE does. They listen. A lot. Too much. Too all the cry baby, pub-scrub noobs. They listen to everyone. And they try to please everyone. And it rarely works :D
I've watched a lot of siege. It looks good. They've made a lot of changes that have me both excited and anxious. Mostly anxious about the medic changes, since they represent significant things to adapt to. But I think that's cool. Getting explosives off of Support alone was a big step toward a better game.
DICE makes a lot of games. They make them fast. This isn't the fastest turn around for Battlefield by a long-shot, but it is clearly the more of a half-step than a side-step (as in 2142). I'm more worried about them adding Battlefront to their line-up and what it will do to the Battlefield schedule. Hopefully LA takes Battlefront.
I love how people act like BC2 had some amazing destruction. It had more destructible buildings because everything was a cookie cutter house or shack. Maps with significant structures had far less of it (like Panama Canal). And they're also the best maps in that game. I also love how people pretend like the destruction in BF3 isn't significant. Because it still has a fantastic impact.
