Meh, this game doesn't really need a better graphics, imho. Even the first one looks great to me.
What it needs is more fulfilling content.

I saw the stage demo, fantastic visuals IMO, coming from the first one.
Starkiller looked very detailed and my favorite part was the falling and he dodged and used the force powers to stop the objects and make room as he falls.

I am also glad that the combat is improved WITH dismemberment.
I have a feeling this TFU2 is the TFU we wanted in the first place interms of gameplay, looks great seems to play great, cant wait.

Demo please!

Also...I am surprised that this time around you dont have to pull off a QTE (i hate it so much) to destroy one of those walks, he destroyed one within seconds, thats powerful!

LucasArts :P

I dont know what you guys expected from a sequal? more than me? LOL

I just expected enhanced combat and force powers and dismemberment, thats all I expected.
Hey as long as I can be one badass force user with lightsaber its all good.

I agree but that melee tropper had Starkiller from behind and what he do? he puts himself in front of him just to be destryed LOL

But yeah as long as the combat feel solid and the force powers are great thats all I care.

This is the closest Star Wars will get to when it comes to a dark action lightsaber/force using game.
I rather not complain as much as possible :P

Is this game's story going to be official canon like the first one? I'm a bit worried as he just seems too powerful (even more so than the first game, it looks like he could defeat the entire Empire single or at least double handed, lol!) and I'm not sure where the story will go since the first one leads up to Episode 4 quite well. (Although even by the end it's still a few years BBY.) If this is canon then it looks like it could be Starkiller who destroys the Kamino cloning facility and Jango Fett's DNA. (George Lucas has said that the stormtroopers in Episode 4 onwards aren't Jango's clones, they're just non-Jango clones and soldiers who joined the Empire like the other officers you see on the Death Star and in Star Destroyers etc.)

Looks great! I would love the ability to play in first person with a see through light saber. I think it would add an interesting element to gameplay and let us see the models more close up. The storm troopers look uber detailed.

The game has the same engine but they have really added much more effects and detail!

Visually it looks great compared to the first one, very awesome.

However what annoys me that was also in TFU1 is...things dissapear within seconds.

When they dissapear within seconds it doesnt seem like a good fight ever happened :(

Fantastic that dismemberment is there there, you can even see small blood coming out.
A nice way of not overpowering it so combo system can be made but yet you can decapitate limbs, very good LucasArts :)

Couldn't agree more with you !
It's like they are all Jedi's and make the magic trick !

I mean, most games just let them fade away, but the first one was really fast, like it never happened.

Let's hope for a game one day, were you kill a room full of enemies and they stay there as witness of your havoc.

Wonder what the do in the game "Bodycount"

TFU2 has that fading speed as well, atleast from what I saw from multiple viewing (which I enjoyed btw).

LucasArts comes up with such a fantastic engine, you would expect things to stay put until you progress a bit further from that location.

Ninja Gaiden 2/Sigma 2 which doesnt have a good engine in comparison have the bodies and limbs stay put until you are further away from quite a long distance.

My guess with this "problem" is that considering they are going with "so much thing going on screen at once" they want to keep the framerate as smooth as possible, so cleaning out bodies and objects fast enough makes the game render faster without it slowing down.
I saw this in NG2/S2 as well, if there is too much body on ground it would slow down the game.

Ps. I absolutely LOVE the rain effect, and I cant keep saying "wow" when Starkiller was falling down and using force powers.

OMG another SW game... the only thing they could do to differentiate between a SW game and another is to change the way the characters hold the lightsabre. Next time the protagonist will fight with his sabre up his a**, I presume, since they're running out of possible grips... :V

I was hoping this time we would get the feeling of using a lightsaber and cut through npcs instead of using a lightbat again.
