PS3

It's no real surprise that Sega announced today that Virtua Fighter 5 would be released in 2007 exclusively on Playstation 3. With this announcement came these 6 not really good looking images.

Looks nice, although some more antialiasing wouldn´t hurt.
Still, looks very good.
Hmm... I guess I´ll have to buy atleast 2 fighting games for my PS3. This and Tekken.

I won't mention the name but another fighting game that got harsh criticism for it's graphics doesn't look so bad now. The environments are terrible it seems and they remain confined to single tiers.

I hope these are just bad grabs. In the past VF5 media has looked very good, these look very low quality. The PS3 basically has a 7900GTX @550MHz, far and away faster than the 6800GT/U in the Arcade rig. I expect an arcade perfect port, if not even better.

I think I heard that Lindbergh runs on a 6800GS. If so, what kind of improvementst do you think we'd see on a PS3 version?

Looks good, but not amazing.
Too many jaggies here.
In DOA 4, there are no jaggies at all.

Backgrounds in Team Ninjas Title are looking a lot more impressive.

People always go straight for graphics, DOA4 looks alot better than VF4 evo. But which is the better fighting game?

wow, the aliasing is horrible. what happened to the 1080p promise? this is looking very average from what i expected after seeing last year's E3 targets...

Wow, all the people that made fun of DOA4 for 7 months and saying this game looked better. Sorry guys, but I just don't see it.

They have a year to make this game look better, because as it stands right now, DOA4 is the most beautiful fighting game all around. (No pun intended.)
