I bet it's more expensive too. Knowing that a real Wipeout game is coming I'm not sure I'll buy this. But if it's cheap and has online multiplayer, I'm there.
Music shite? no chance m8 ;/ always remember playing 2097, stoned with Underworld - pearl's girl blasting out....quality! ahhhh those were the days....
Edit - I was quite impressed, the environments are really nice, and all the detail is very crisp. Very very crsip in fact, almost no aliasing bar the most distant objects.

Yea, it seems they found a method to make the Cell do the Anti-Aliasing. Killzone and Metal Gear Solid 4 looked pretty jag-free aswell (not as much as Wipeout HD though).
