PS3 PSP

Echochrome, the puzzle videogame in black & white, is giving us signs of activity through these new images and a trailer. In this one of a kind production, you have to guide a mannequin through levels where the perspective must be manipulated in order to reach an objective - the exit. With a lot of levels and multiple strategies, those who like to think hard will have plenty of fun with this one.

I've played the demo, very entertaining.

And with a $10 price tag AND a level builder that allows you to share your levels and get other people's......Well, it's a no brainer.

Definitely getting it.

i've played the demo as well, and it's a must buy for me as well for the PSN, so it would be this, wipeoutHD and possibly the rumored ratchet and clank downloadable content this year.

Neat concept but I don't see myself shelling out 10 bucks for it. I got kinda bored with the game 3-4 levels in. It needs a fast forward function.

I played the Japanese demo, and wasn't too thrilled. It's hard to explain, it's slow paced, and in the JPN demo the levels were really easy and the only fear of failure I got was that the game would sometimes not recognize that I had covered up a hole or something and the guy would fall.

Plus the game is glaring white, which may be fine for LCDs and such, but I'd worry that if I played this on my CRT HDTV for too long it'd bring unnecessary wear, too bad they don't have an option to invert the colors, white on black looks better on CRTs too.

Also annoying is the fact that the PSN version will have less content than the PSP version. Either way it's a pass for me. Looking forward to Wipeout HD very much though.

"It needs a fast forward function."

Been a while since I've played the demo (i've played the Japanese one ages ago) and I think you fast forward by Holding R1 (i think it was).
Hope you'll enjoy it more now :)

I got really bored before discovering that as well lol

It might not be R1 but check all buttons, you CAN fast forward his motion, it makes the game much more fun ;)
