After the first trailer I thought this might approach ww2 in a more meaningful way, but it looks like it's just your average first person shooter

Really? It's been mere months since new consoles came out. Games take years to make, if this surprises you you should consider learning more about the industry, or else you're in for a few more surprises.

As a dev my self I can tell you...it can easy take us 3 years to finish a game ! Another thing is,that the cost to dev for a new hardware is much higher then for old hardware ! Especially these days there were a lot of Price drops on middle ware and other cool tools for the old generation..so I guess there is still plenty coming !

This looks like a lot of fun. Why the hell is everyone needing something revolutionary? It has been years since decent WW2 games were commonplace. This is refreshing in the midst of all the played out modern warfare garbage now days. I don't need anything revolutionary. Just give me something that has some history, authentic weapons and garb, MP with team death match and a few other modes (MINUS all the kill streaks and leveling bullshit of today's games), and tight gameplay. Hmm, sounds a bit like I just described MOH:AA, and I'm completely happy with that. The games from days long gone where everyone was always on an even playing field in MP are the ones that really take skill. Say goodbye to your XP leveling, weapon boosts and all that garbage and prepare to get your ass whipped.
