Maybe.. there's definitely a different kind of quality to Evolve though. I really do enjoy it when everything is working together as it's supposed to. The character dialog reminds me of L4D too. I love the in depth chatter. Giving multiplayer games lots of character is great stuff.
I did have that feeling that it would be a game I loved then become bored of a few months after release. That was only going from the Alpha though which only had one mode, time will tell but it won't be a L4D beater. Still, really looking to this though and the troll at the top can stick it ;)
