I only hope they properly and tastefully implement what they have learned of the Nepalese culture in FC4.

As for what this means for the game, if anyone watched the vidocs carefully, they saw a glimpse of how much rich the culture and the people of Nepal are and how a part of that, no matter how small, will create a more believable and rich world.
When one of the developers said they came back from that travel and felt the game was too cliche and artificial and they were explaining to the other developers how to make the world of FC4 feel like a real place instead of the "Disneyland version of Nepal", that's what these vidocs were about.
They went to places, interviewed people, took tons of pictures, made a lot of videos and most importantly, took a lot of what they experienced back to the studio to share with others to make something more realistic, more true and respectful to the people and culture of Nepal than what they originally were doing.
Of course FC4 won't be as close to the real thing as it can, but it will be much more than if they hadn't travelled to Nepal, interviewed different people and researched the culture and its history.
These vidocs aren't "useless" nor boring, but they're not for everyone, but for those of us who actually appreciate the effort the developers made to make a much better game. And that's what they showed, how much more better and realistic the world in which the game takes place in will be. That's what they wanted to share with us and I thank them all for it.
