To be fair, he was hating on only modern Japanese games, he does love Ico, Katamari, Rez, Mario Galaxy, and probably Zelda considering there's a Navi type guide and when you open treasure chests.

Yeah I was just making fun of the reaction to his statement really! I don't totally agree with it... but I do think that modern JRPG's for one have failed to significantly evolve compared to western RPG's... How's that for edgy and controversial? Phil Fish eat your heart out! LAWL! :)
