As a way to prove how realistic Fight Night Round 4 can be Electronic Arts did an AI fight between Ricky Hatton and Manny Pacquiao in the game. The real fight will happen tomorrow in Las Vegas, but we can already see it via these images and video.
Update: A 720p 60fps version is up. We used our brand new reencoding system for this one, so all versions except the stream are running at 60 fps.

I Loved FNR3 and I'm sure I will buy this one too, but it's weird..
And I don't think they look cartoonish, I think they're starting to look like Pixar people. Like Hatton in pic 3.
I really hope Hatton wins tomorrow.. the brits are the kings of boxing these days, and Hatton too good to not keep his place in that.

As for FN4, the way the muscles flex is really amazing, looks almost real.
And the face deformation at 37sec is as good. Can't way to play the demo

As for this game, it's stunning looking and up there the best looking titles this gen. In fact, as a game showing two main characters on screen, nothing comes close. Animations too stiff? What?! Cartoonish? Some people are never satisfied. Well done EA.
Ready 2 rumble boxing, released 1999 was absolutely stunning in its time:
