The one and only, Miles Jacobson, and his heroes at Sports Interactive has announced that a Xbox 360-version of Football Manager 2006 is under development, and will be released in the beginning of 2006. If sports management ever will be playable on a TV, Miles and his crew are the ones that will make it happen. Some of you may be unfamiliar with the title, but SI were the creators of the fantastic Championship Manager-series and last year had to change publisher and name of the game. First screens inside.

Using the triggers for scrolling between different "pages". Using the white/black buttons to just scroll all over the current page, getting to the next menu.
There will of course be some trouble with the transfer market "page", and the squad-"page", but even so, it will still be worth it. I'm sure the 360-version will be faster than the PC-version on the fastest (public) computer out there.
The thing I will be missing though, is transfer patches. I really really REALLY hope Sigames will release official patches via XBL, and that people can release their own.
