Xbox 360 PS3

Are there members who acknowledge being of the Jedi religion here? LucasArts would like to recruit the unbelievers with this new and lenghty video of Star Wars: Force Unleashed in preparation for almost every console out there. Your light saber wielding fantaisies will soon materialize!

Graphics look awesome. Now they only need a fantastic story and some superior gameplay in order for me to buy it on it's release date.

Best Star Wars game iv'e seen ever. but the whole "AI dude grabbing random things while he's floating in the air" seems pointless. i would like to see some jedi battles. maybe even a battle between some massive army with starships vs. the insanely powerfull darth vader apprentice. Now that would be sweet...and fun!

They were just showing off the tech. Their will be much more to the gameplay then throwing people around, like swordplay, probably vehicle combat, etc. And even if it was mostly throwing people around I wouldn't mind =)
This game is looking epic, especially the incredible technology, DMM is in my opinion the coolest thing since real physics, and euphoria is just plain cool.

Like i said in the other thread, they should just drop the silly names, all it is is procedural animation and objects interacting with the physics engine that aren't simply rigid bodies.

Looks cool though, looking forward to a demo. Will be interesting to see if they pull of a decent game or if it will simply be gimmicky.

didn't know that throwing a storm trooper into a ship would make it blow up. it can withstand one or two laser shots but not a human body?

I'm pretty sure they call it Euphoria and DMM because that is the name of the software, like Havoc. I don't really think Lucas Arts is purposely trying to fool anyone.
Oh and can't storm troopers take one or two laser shots as well. It's probably something like the ship is made to withstand laser dmagae, not contact damage. Havn't you ever seen tie fighters hit other ships and blow up?
Well this game looks pretty BA, i really hope there are going to be large 1 on 1000 scale battles, that would be awsome. My only complaints about the game are that explosions look kinda meh, and i'm wondering how health and the UI are going to be. Also, i hope they fully use DMM, so it doesn't feel gimmicky.

Holy shit, that looks amazing!

The art/tech is very impressive and the level design is gorgeous. The gameplay has a lot of promise as well and could really turn out to be something truly unique.

The graphics are among the most impressive I've seen so far, and again, the level design and art are just fantastic. Can't wait to see the final results!

This game has just exploded my radar!

even for someone like me who isn't a massive star wars fan, that does look good

i liked the scene where he slowly walks into the room, moving his lightsaber as the lasers reflected off, that was pretty cool.

The whole bridge scene where the force destroys it was pretty awesome as well.

The first game (other than GTA4) that shows what this generation of console was built to do in the first place. Most of everything else hasn't impressed that much, and from now on EVERY GAME made should implement these technologies into the game play. A racing game should have DMM where damage looks and feels totally natural and realistic. A football game (not American) should have Euphoria so every tackle and interaction with other players looks real, much like Back Breaker.

Very impressive looking game this and the first real showing of proper next generation this generation. It's only taken two years.

My only complaint with every Jedi title over the last few years... they all seem to try and one up the previous Jedi titles in force power/ability. It seems like Jedi are now too overpowering. The Jedi in this could kick Darth Maul, Yoda, Vader and Kenobi's ass all combined with the stuff he is pulling off.

Otherwise the tech and graphics look phenomenal... just please scale back the Jedi abilities a bit...

Dark Forces Jedi Knight were some of my favorite StarWars games ever... Oh you know I just thought... X-Wing vs. TieFighter would make a superb XBLA title.

If anything, the Jedi is overpowered. Darth Vader never did any of this stuff and he is supposed to be one of the most powerful Sith Lords around. They should have just let you play as Darth Vader instead of some nobody and hunt down the last remnants of the Jedi. Now that would be a game I would buy.

KotoR will probably hold the throne for best Star Wars game. This game looks to be a GoW clone with some very kickass physics. I want KotoR 3.

I don't care about collecting gems for my lightsaber I just want to use the force and kick some ass.
