Xbox 360

Next out is Lionhead Studios promising Fable 2, which also will be released this year. The game features two player co-op and for some reason looks much better in-motion than on screenshots.

Nice, i loved Fable the lost chapters on the PC, this is one of the reasons im missing a 360. The look of the graphics really fit the game, looks very promising.

Well it all sounds awesome, but they aren't talking about how they are fixing stuff. Like the lack of equipment. there was like..NO equipment in the game, and there wasn't anything SUPER cool looking really, it all looked about equal... And the combat needs to be a LOT more balanced, like magic and melee and archery being WAY more balanced, so they are all equal, not like the old game where magic kinda sucked, and was somewhat hard to get up, melee was medium, and ranged was incredibly over powered. I hope they stop this new crap and just fix what was wrong with the first. The new stuff is AWESOME. But with all the issues from before it will be wasted. Also, they need to work on making stuff outside of the main game being easier to access. SO Players can keep playing outside of the main stuff, which was hard in the original because the tiny world didn't last too long. And I REALLY hope the game is longer. Its an RPG, I think they need to put a bit more into it this time. Also, anyone know if there is still the first person stuff with and bows? I thought I heard something about it being removed... If so that really sucks, I loved gettin headshots

As long asthey can fix the issues from the first one by-
Expanding the world greatly, with higher level areas for end game players
Making it so the player can get up in the levels with the main game alone, no more get a few levels up and beat the game unless you wanna go in search of other stuff you did a million times already anyway.
Greatly expand the equipment content so you can't memorize every single item in the game with ease. I want loads of cool unique loot!
Scale up the equipment better. Make high stuff look cooler, low stuff look less cool.
Balance balance balance. The classes need to be better balanced, so there isn't an uber class, and combat needs to be a little less finicky and frustrating.
More content in general, more quests, mroe boasts, more enemies, more locals, mroe EVERYTHING.
End game areas that you won't see unless you go out of your way, and that require you to be a potent hero to traverse.
Mooooooore magic.
Get rid of the "Simple but deep" control system. No one has really been able to pull it off, and imo they aren't doing great, the game play I've seen looked unwieldly.
Make sure lock on is still in the game. Probably why the above comment is true, lock on wasn't used.
At least have an option to use the old control system, which sounds perfectly possible, with a button to switch between weapons, a magic button, etc. It worked great before, no need to change it.

I agree 100%. It seemed like it took no time to unlock all the best stuff(except for the uber sword at the end, but by then, you've beaten the game, so what's the point?).

I really wish they not only had more items, but made less of them available in the shops. By the time I was able to remove the sword from the stone in that one area, I had a better weapon anyways. That shit shouldn't happen.

I like how your post accusing Fable 2 of failing fails itself. Nice.
