Yeah, I saw the trailer for the movie and it's on my 'Going to See' list when it comes out. Look really good. And I have the same position on the game: movie-game. It'll probably be a miss like other movie-game tie ins.
The movie will be great. The game looks also very good. Wow, now THAT are textures. But yeah, you are right, movie-games are.... yeah, they're movie-games... just a few exceptions were good... But graphically it's amazing 'till now!!
Sure, it's a license game but you know...there have been a few games based on movies that aren't all that bad. Batman on NES was really good, Riddick was really REALLY good and...welll, turtles 2 was kickass too. Okay, it's not like the market is overflowing with great games based on movies but...yeah. I hope this will be good cause i really do like the design and the graphics over all.

The problem with those games is, they want to release 'em with the movies, and normally have a very limited time to develop the games. It's like with Matrix. Basically, it was a very good game, but finished at 30%... that's the whole problem... Let's hope they have enough time for this title.
It feels like I'm in a Norse mythic fantasy world with that last pic. This looks amazing for a movie-game. Just check out the sword and outfit on Beowulf, INSANE!
