We are seeing of the end of the remaining footage from the Game Convention, but as you can see we still have some interesting stuff. This time you get to see a level from Kane & Lynch: Dead Men right after the one from last week, this time using our new encoding system for some very good quality image quality (for an off-screen video of course).

That is all I can think of.
I do think it is looking cool, but I am saving money for the games I been waiting for, this one aint it.
still thought it was hilarious though wen the cop in the beginning said they were having "minor issues" while everyone in the background is freaking out and running out the front door.
no.
but this does look very promising. it'll be interesting to find out what exactly a drug crazed maniac can do with a shotgun :)
On top of that, the game has the look and feel of the Pacino/Deniro film Heat.
But really the first time I saw the crowd control system in action last year I was hooked.

You can even see the style as having big black back crossed their body and grey suits and all.
i love the game tho. the story and the co-op are what sell it to me tbh. and the fact it looks to play identically to freedom fighters, one of the better game from last gen. very nice style to it. mildly destructable enviornonments. pretty BIG environments. all in split screen co-op...not bad...not bad at all. i personally think this will be better then the other co-op focused game army of two. army of two seems to lack something...and i dont know what it is.
If in my opinion a game looks generic and offering absolutely nothing, I'll definitely comment on it...
No i'm not saying they didn't do their best... I mean i loved freedom fighters but it seems this game doesn't reach that level of polish... But compared to the outstanding title's that are coming out this year i think this game stands little chance....
To me though, it looks like atleast a rental and a decent co-op experience. I would like to see how co-op plays compared to Army of Two.
for me the remaining question is - does the coop-campaign deliver anything new at all?
best regards,
ScarJack

Get over yourself. Everyone has an opinion, and they are all just as valid as the last. If a game doesn't look good or appeal to someone, it doesn't appeal to them! Simple as that.
And I know what goes into game development, as I'm a software engineer, and just because years can go into a game doesn't mean it is a good game. There are plenty of crappy games out there. Infact I would go to say that probably 75% of all games out there are crap.
"You need to get your heads out of the same and stop being emo, you make real gamers really pissed." comment. Because I'm more critical about a game, i'm not a "real gamer"???
I mean come on, I'm entitled to an opinion just as everyone else is on this forum...
File away the notion that you're going to be able to persuade people who may have already made up their minds that the game isn't worthy to play.
You're right about certain gamer attitudes though. There are many gamers out there who won't touch a title unless it has cutting edge graphics or gameplay mechanics that resemble the more popular shooters. If I thought like that I wouldn't have a game library.
The simple fact of the matter is that several gaming gems slip through the cracks every year for lack of promotion, buzz talk, or dubious ratings. Kane and Lynch could very easily become one of those titles if it's not received well enough by gamers. It's a shame, but it happens........ALOT.
