what the hell was that about? looks like you're flying through the track. Twitchy as hell. Nice tree's...but I think i'd get sick playing that too much.
i think this looks pretty nice this time around. typical of evolution really. they polish towards the end of development. i'm sure it'll be ever better by launch. and it's got a substantial free version day on on PS+ so it's no risk anyway. sense of speed is nice though, and thanks to it being a bit PGR in the gameplay and handling department, it actually looks fun.
the car gives the impression of no weight to it, like its floating. The crazy twitchy steering animation doesn't help this. The sense of speed is there.. but its almost too fast, I know its an arcade racer.. and the framerate looks abit off.. although maybe that's just cause its not direct feed.
But yeah, not what I thought it would be when they first revealed it. If it wasn't free I doubt i'd ever play it

that is an enormous insult to PGR, this looks full on arcade.. PGR was a mix

Agreed, it looks much improved visually and the environments look great. The handling however, looks terrible, doesnt seem like PGR to me, it looks really unpredictable and doesnt seem like your driving a car at all.
Yeah...not the best next gen visuals but a solid looking title none the less. I see the improvement but I don't think we will see much more. Was expecting more.
Have been looking forward to this game but the game just seems off, Cockpit cam is odd like the car moves on ice. WRC by Evo was amazing...This looks like shit compared...I know they have touted this game for "everybody"...Just make it for racing fans as it will be racing fans that buy it!!

Visually this is the most impressive racer i have seen so far.
