Gaiden already looked great and really there isn't much you can show that can make you go wow. Gaiden is a great series but for me it would need to match Bayonetta's complex sandbox approach before i went back to it- memorising combos is fine as you have to for Bayonetta, but it's how you can then apply these combos by way of altering their flow and coupled with other extra layers that truly make the excellent Gaiden comparitively lacking
I think sales would suggest NG is now finished also. For many Itageki leaving anyway means it's just not the same. Bayonetta is the only i need in this genre

There are some moves in NG3 that I really love from what I seen, so its enough for me to get it and enjoy it.

Weapons? yeah but only ONE this time. Dont want to spoil the fans now..
Blood? yeah but no decap.
Story? yeah but no NES quality (sad cuz were talking about NES here)
Characters? yeah add that girl from the NES-version BUT don't make it canon with that universe.
Gameplay? yeah add some bonecrushing moves BUT add QTE's.
Suit? yeah lets use that same suit again and again and again BUT add some minor differences so people won't think we're lazy.

I dont know, the trailer didnt excite me at all. That trailer shows some hints to what the gameplay seems to be like, and the gunplay, well you could hear and see how the guns sound and enemies react to it once shot. Sure not raw footage but still, some hints.
Nice decapitions thats for sure, and the mobility was awesome.
I dont know but I wont say its gonna be awesome just yet, not after NG2 and considering the game isnt out until 2013 I think there is plenty of time to just let them work on it and show when its done.

The hate is simple.
They added QTE, they added SoB which happens randomly and interrupts your combos, they removed weapon variations so its only katana swords now (if they add dual swords and Kitetsu or elemental swords with various moves then great), and the lack of crazy animations during UTs...etc.
Just too much nonsense added and nothing from the old what made NG, NG is there anymore other than Ryu himself and his Dragon Sword thats it.
But its not out intil maybe Q3 of 2012 so there is much more to see and what they have done, but so far, I dont like 99% of it
