Wow, they sure got that new character model out quick. I like this one a lot better. The original looked way to happy. Didn't fit his character at all.

The old one looked like Drake. Then again, this one looks like Nathan Hale.
I'm apparently one of the few who liked the previous new look. Still, this new variation seems like a decent compromise between the new & original Cole. I kinda hope they have an option to unlock the prior new look.
As for how they got it out so fast, they just had to remove the hair mesh, and repaint the face+shirt. Otherwise, the rest of him looks exactly the same as it did before (pants&shoes/bag&strap/arms&tats/etc). I highly doubt they'd add or modify geometry this late in development, as it might bug his animations in unexpected ways.
