Actually, I think they're from the "Photo Mode" of the game. Which use the In-Game engine, but obviously lots of filters and process goes in, these shots. Wouldnt call them 'bullshots', which according to me are '3D Target Renders made in a 3D software and not ingame shots, like these.. (So yes, http://images.gamersyde.com/image_gran_turismo_5-1... this shot was paused while driving at Circuit De La Sarthe and taken..)

Technically they are for a few reasons.

1) The pictures have been down scaled to 800 x 450.
2) Any post processing or filters added in photomode mislead what the game looks like in gameplay.

Photomode always enhances the visuals and pointing it out is kind of redundant at this point, even a slight layer of polish added means the visuals are still phenomenal.

The game will almost certainly look extremely good but screen shots are never the way to judge when fluidity is the most important factor in any driving game for me.

These are photo-mode. You can take your cars to some location and take photos. Something like this:

I hope they dont make it like Forza 3 wich uses minor polymodels for ingame and when you switch to photomode, you get a very high detailed carmodel. I want a good looking car all time^^

Trust me, the 200 "premium" cars are modeled to an insanely anal level of detail whatever mode they appear in.

Bullshots to the max. The least they could do is label them in the corner as photomode instead of trying to pull one over on people that don't know better.

Hmm not much JDM love in official screens... I really couldn't care less about Ferrari. There better be a shitload of old Nissans and Toyotas in the final game.

i think anyone with a brian cell could figure these arnt indicative of the final product. but if on the incredibly unlikely ofchance that someone DID mistake them as in-game shots, then i'm sure all will be forgiven considering the REAL game looks amazing anyway. maybe not THIS amazing, but amazing non the less.

You guys calling bullshots are freakin' pathetic. The article that accompanied these shots specifically talks about photo mode. If Gamersyde chooses not to mention that, blame them. Lrn2research.
