Video Xbox 360 PS3

We obviously didn't spend all our time racing in Cologne and other games managed to raise our attention too. Majin and the Forsaken Kingdom is one of them. Namco Bandai invited us to a nice presentation of the game and we brought you back a commented gameplay video. Here is the first part, with more coming later.
Update: Second - and last - part added.

Looks pretty good actually! I wish your Majin changed depending on what you fed him. Or if he just grew throughout the game physically in different ways.

First day buy for me. It feels like ICO and Shadow of Colossus. This is my favorite genre.

I will say though, I think the interaction between the Majin and main character should be more seamless and more interactive. Instead of some invisible hit box that moves the main character away from the Majin.
I'm also worried that the Majin doesn't have enough personality from watching these.

GameRepublic...one of the best devs out there that has created beautiful visual effects!

Looking at all the glowing particles, colorful colors...etc. just amazing. It really makes you believe that you are in a fantasy world.
But then again so was Folklore, even Clash of the Titans has the same style in visual effects.

Hmm, that actualy looks like good rental, just like Folklore. Not some AAA title or anything, but as @Sath mentioned above - another game from GR that looks beautiful and maybe rather fun to play. :)
Nice to see there are still some devs that runs away from the generic fps trend.
