Video Xbox 360 PS3

Quite a few people asked us for more PES videos, so here it is. Quality isn't too great, but it will do.

The more footage I see of it the better it is starting to look. Still far from FIFA imo.

Yeah, it's not looking half bad but still has too much catching up to do. I really hope that they've miraculously been developing a new engine behind closed doors and will be implementing it next year.

One can hope.

It has much to catch in smooth animations, but pes does many little things right that fifa doesn't, plus it's way more fun to play.

This wouldn't look so bad but for the vast improvement in the AI from some of those Fifa 12 videos. EA just went and shifted the goal posts again with that.

which videos?
One video in particular that is a fantastic example. The rest I've seen seem to be 1v1 with people trying daft tricks and passing the ball at 1000 mph, which results in sloppy looking gameplay. Copy and paste this into Youtube:FIFA 12, BVB vs Arsenal, Cinematic and Gameplay vs CPU: for the video I'm talking about. It's by far the best one recorded so far. Arsenal are the CPU BTW.

Seabass must be addicted to that blue gear I've been knocking out for the past few years. That explains it.

Its actually looking like a huge improvement over the last installment, especially in terms of the player's agility and close control. Graphics look great and the animations are a lot better.

I like the way the game flows in this video. More realistic than what I've seen in other videos. I am really torn over what sports game to get this fall.

I think it looks the same as fifa 11 to be honest. Especially when the defenders are defending near their 18. They aren't close enough to their counterparts. The Pes vid is doing what I think defenders should be doing. Man-marking their counterparts before the player even switches to them. While I'll go off and say that I am a Pes fan, I have had some fun playing fifa also but it's been too long.

I'm solely disappointed the trailer for fifa 12 felt like it was trying to steal a piece of Pes' cake. The Active A.I. in Pes this year is amazing. Fifa presented that in 10 called "improved defending", but they showed the same footage. "Tactical defending"? Idk I just feel like fifa is selling us the same game with just a few new features that don't really improve on the series.
