EA's press conference was where we finally got to see the PS3 version of Battlefield 3 in action, also showing for the first time the coop mode. Here is the video of the whole sequence.
Pretty impressive mode compared to other co-op modes in games being just survival maps. Are there points in this mode or is it just a separate campaign?

I would rather lug around another console and drag out another TV. LAN parties are top notch and have a great atmosphere. You can call out the person right next to you and you don't get any internet tough guy BS since you are face to face.
this is great, the co-op mode is must, plus the other trailer they released yesterday with air combat ....weeeeee hope this game rapes my rig hard....bring it dice, best shooter this year for sure

nonsense, MW2 4player splitscreen local provided countless hours of fun with my flatmates at uni. no online multiplayer can match that. also being in the same room makes communication easier
cant say i'm all that impressed with that. All the ps3 footage i've seen so far has such a blurred look to it. The animations look pretty poor on your team mate too.. no real excuse for that being such a deprature from the sp game.
Think the biggest thing working against this footage is that it followed a simply awesome multiplayer gameplay trailer.
