PS3

While waiting for some real gameplay, here is the attract mode video of Killzone 2 as filmed a few minutes ago by Snoopers during the Gamer's Day event.
Update: First part of the gameplay video is up.
Update 2: Second part of the video added.

Lol, 5 seconds of video looping. But wow, that collapsing building or whatever really looks great, if that's a dynamic (physics based) effect!

Overall otherwise looks good too.

Fantastic!

The only FPS game I am really looking forward to for PS3 is Killzone 2 for the most part and then Resistance 2.

This video was short but great and I hope we get to see more HD videos :D

PS. haha loop the video for more than a few seconds :P

now the video looks much better than the screenshot from before, still not impressive for a game which will probably come out next year

but at least they trying to be honest from now on, i guess

looking good, im really upset its not coming this year, but i hear that not all things are well in the sony camp, IE the ROFM devs are not to happy that sony is pumping all its money into KZ2, which they see as inferior to its gameplay and multiplayer options that ROFM is pushing?, but as long as i get it in fEB 09 I GUESS I CAN WAIT.

if that's true that really sucks

basing on what we've seen so far resistance2 looks miles ahead

It's not true though. It's some random internet rumor made up on a forum.

really impressive...this is the only fps that can have a similar effect to me after crysis....crysis excels over it in many ways technically, but the overall effect in this is just as impressive...

I have no idea why you put put gameplay in quotation marks considering they demoed it several times during the day. Anyways, it's an off-screen video.

And much like Crysis- little more than eye-candy with depressingly repetitive gameplay?

They demo'd MGS4 after its first 'real-time' tech demo. Simply put, games get cut down when they add more in - they have to, to play well enough on consoles. Not every level is going to be an E3 tech demo :P.

Nothing manages to (graphically) impress me quite like PS3 exclusives. Granted, I couldn't give two shits about this series.

Speak for yourself, I played bioshock and HL2 at the same time as crysis, and found aspects of their gameplay and certainly their gunplay, archaic in comparison...crysis is probably the best fps Ive played in a long time

And yet you clicked on the link to give a comment to a series to dont give a shit, as you stated yourself.

Nope, it is there just keep a sharp eye out for it :)

There is sound, just not enough high volume to hear, but sound is there.

It seems they fixed the bullet detection for this game from the first Killzone.
As I am seeing this, it seem so.

But I want direct HD footage, but something tells me we won't get direct feed.

Keep them coming nontheless :D

i think it makes sense why they are going to release it on feb 2009.

going head to head with gears of war 2 or resistance 2 isn't going to be a good move and i doubt in feb 09 there would be another stellar fps for competition

videos aren't loading for me, and download times are huge.. luckily youtube have them listed! check them out if you are in the same boat as me
