Our friend Element managed to get to the Ninety Nine Nights presentation at the GDC, where Tetsuya Mizuguchi was presenting the work they had done on the realtime cutscenes of the game, and how the camera work would be different depending on the viewpoint of the character selected. Enjoy these images along with these 8 videos. Many thanks to Element!

But In the 8th video it seems that Inphyy is a bad warrior and Aspharr is the good one. I thought it was always the females that was the nice ones, but wow. Awesome game.
Yep there was definetly some realtime in there. The part where he runs out at his brother was most definetly realtime. There is also a possibility that the one in the beginning which said humans are coming could've been realtime as well. Up until they showed the village of goblins.
Man I'm loving this game even more... inphyy was about to murder a woman and child NO MERCY!!! ANIME STYLE lol.
Inphyy is definetly my character for this game :)
And yea Op the storyline is very well edited of who you pick the story changes.
In the videos there are more then 75 enemies and the fps. Maybe they made a
typo??

According to teamxbox ninety nine nights will EASILY be the best looking 360 game when it comes to the usa. Better than ghost recon and elder scrolls?
Even though we sampled the same gameplay moments at GDC as we did at TGS last summer, Ninety-Nine Nights is coming along as it should. The funky framerate issues have disappeared, which was the only thing that bothered us about the gameplay in Tokyo. Visually, Ninety-Nine Nights is looking amazing at this stage. Post production effects (helped along by the next-gen resolution) are striking. Depth of field blurs troops of enemies until they come upon your position. Arrows leave trails as razor-sharp as their points. And enemy counts are stratospheric, but not as cookie cutter as you would expect. Quite simply, Ninety-Nine Nights will easily be the best looking Xbox 360 game when it lands on our shores, whenever that is.
To evade any confusion, second 12 should show you the guy who was screaming "humans are coming!!!" The detail, the lighting, and poly edges tell me is real time.

Teamxbox also said there are no frame issues after mission #1.

I also think the main problem with this game will be mission variety. I can't think of many things to do in this kind of arcade style aircombat game.
Oops that mission 1 thing was a mistake lol the demo is amazing DID YOU SEE PARLIAMENT? Wow so much geometry this game is so much better after that first mission (which was graphically unimpressive). The atmostphere for the war over in parliament is crazy. The clouds it all looks really awesome.
Its strange, the better the graphics look the better the game plays does it seem like that to you?
