Wow, this game looks fantastic. Pretty big departure from the last two games that already looked great. I imagine campaign will look amazing

Well, Gears 2's Horde mode has been cloned/copied by a whole host of games - Black Ops included.

We could also just claim these games are ripping off old school Tower Defense games.
